Selecting the best dates type might be a difficult task if you are not familiar with all their types, varieties and characteristics. This task gets even more complicated if you are in a country where you have many options and where the selection is wider than usually and not limited to two or three types.
Although the answer might be very simple – take what you like, sometimes it is not so easy. When you are in countries that have an extremely wide selection of dates, this task might become difficult. Different types, tastes, shapes and textures. Add to that different place of origins and countries.
While many things might be skipped during your stay in Oman, one of the things that should not be excluded from your itinerary and from your plans are relaxing and slow moments spent with local people.
Japanese traditional cuisine bases on rice and miso soup. Apart from that, noodles as udon or soba are also popular and often eaten cold or hot with seaweeds or seasonal ingredients. Fish and seafood are served grilled, raw or in a famous tempura. All kind of sushi and sashimi is highly available in all stores, fresh, cooled and full of flavor.
